The Travis Hasse Distilling Co was born out of tradition in the historic Missouri Tavern outside of Madison, WI. That tradition, passed down to me by my father, was the recipe for his famous Apple Pie liqueur. He would make his Apple Pie every holiday and I liked it so much, I started serving it to my patrons at the Missouri Tavern.
After a while, I began received so many requests from people wanting to buy a bottle that I decided it was time to share my family’s recipe with everyone. It took me a little while (as all good things do), but I finally launched Travis Hasse Original Apple Pie Liqueur in September of 2008.
Currently, it is available in select markets throughout the United States with more opening every day. With the success of Hasse’s Apple Pie, requests for additional flavors starting pouring in and for my one year anniversary I launched a sister flavor, Travis Hasse’s Cherry Pie. Since then, I've also added a new flavor called Cow Pie which is produced to mimic the famous Cow Pie Candy which made by Baraboo Candy Company in Wisconsin.
